Jay Cutler will start for the Chicago Bears on Sunday at Soldier Field when they host the Minnesota Vikings.
Team spokesman Scott Hagel said Cutler will start, confirming multiple reports on Saturday. It is what the Bears expected all along based on how practice reps were divided Thursday and Friday. Cutler had been listed as questionable after being knocked out of the loss to the Houston Texans on Nov. 11.
The Bears lost Monday night at San Francisco with Jason Campbell replacing Cutler. The team is 2-6 over the last three seasons when Cutler has not played.
Tight end Kellen Davis is active for the Bears after being questionable with an ankle injury. Inactives for the Bears are Josh McCown, Alshon Jeffery, Dane Sanzenbacher, Matt Toeaina, Amobi Okoye, Cheta Ozougwu, and James Brown.
The Vikings will be without their No. 1 wide receiver Percy Harvin. He is sidelined with an ankle injury. Also inactive for the Vikings are McLeod Bethel-Thompson, Brandon Burton, Audie Cole, Mark Asper, Allen Reisner, and D'Aundre Reed.
